This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take ownership of all facilities, clinics, and organizations within the designated market.
• Supervise interactions with facilities, clinics, and other organizations to enhance service, boost self-service usage, lower complaints, and manage risk both in-person and virtually.
• Develop strategic outreach action plans informed by market data.
• Assess daily facility interactions based on analytics.
• Create presentations, training materials, and resource guides tailored to market demands.
• Ensure adherence to regulations and contractual obligations.
• Manage projects to completion, ensuring the timely delivery of necessary outputs.
• Identify and report systemic issues that lead to service failures or complaints, and devise solutions.
• Advocate for MTM self-service features among relevant stakeholders.
• Organize and engage in meetings, town halls, training sessions, health fairs, and events focused on information sharing.
• Analyze reports and present findings to enhance both facility and stakeholder experiences as well as contract compliance.
• Develop and implement processes collaboratively with onsite and corporate stakeholders.
• Provide continuous support to external stakeholders, including clinicians and social workers.
• Offer hands-on support for implementations, acquisitions, contract expansions, and crisis management.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze complaints and report findings to suggest educational and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Quality Ops on internal reporting concerning facility complaints, resolutions, and actions taken.
• Address facility issues, identify solutions, and work collaboratively towards resolution.
• Train external stakeholders on processes and systems.
• Assess external learner satisfaction and measure knowledge or skill transfer.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of outreach events to promote continuous improvement.
• Assist with special projects as necessary.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 1+ year of experience in training others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of completing tasks with minimal direct supervision.
• Skilled in problem-solving and proactively managing challenging situations to find effective solutions.
• Ability to establish relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Exhibits professional behavior.
• Capable of explaining complex topics in a clear and engaging manner, while highlighting the significance of the content.
• Possesses global and cultural awareness.
• Able to handle confidential information appropriately.
