Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing communications on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Gorgias.

• Respond to inquiries from creators and affiliates while efficiently resolving issues.

• Foster relationships with influencers and affiliates through regular, professional communication.

• Oversee the tracking and management of monthly affiliate product shipments and initial orders.

• Organize the issuance of store credits and coordinate fulfillment activities with global third-party logistics providers (3PLs).

• Keep track of workflows and maintain operational databases using Notion and Slack.

• Handle multiple active direct message pipelines with precision and attention to detail.

• Assist in high-volume order tracking and the coordination of shipping workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Near-native to expert fluency in written English along with strong reading comprehension skills.

• Capable of communicating in a warm, personable, and professional manner without sounding robotic.

• Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

• Proficient in managing several active messaging pipelines at once.

• Comfortable with high-volume order tracking and shipping coordination tasks.

• Preferred experience in social media management, influencer outreach, or community management within e-commerce.

• Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models is a plus.

• Familiarity with 3PL or warehouse coordination is preferred.

• Must have a USB headset with noise-cancellation capabilities.

• A working webcam is required.

• Computer should have a minimum of 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB of RAM.

• Primary internet service must provide a speed of at least 25 Mbps via cable connection.

• Backup internet service should have a minimum speed of 10 Mbps.

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, Gorgias, Notion, and Slack is essential.
