Community Builder

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage a local ambassador network in key cities, beginning with Mexico City, Bogotá, Miami, Quito, and Lima.

• Identify reputable local operators and founders to act as ambassadors.

• Oversee events from start to finish, including guest lists, invitations, venue selection, event execution, follow-up, and ambassador support.

• Transform successful events into repeatable city playbooks, which include dinners, wine tastings, happy hours, and executive roundtables.

• Collaborate with the Sales team on outreach to target accounts and building executive relationships.

• Foster community engagement between events through introductions, touchpoints, and programming initiatives.

• Manage social media content calendars, including scheduling and collaboration with content creators.

• Monitor attendance, attendee seniority, introductions, meetings booked, and pipeline influenced by each city.

• Adapt community activities based on pipeline performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in establishing a community, chapter, dinner series, or meetup from scratch and maintaining it beyond the initial month.

• Strong background in event operations, including handling vendors, venues, timelines, and budgets.

• Ability to manage social calendars across various cities and platforms.

• Comfortable engaging with senior executives, ambassadors, and partners.

• Proactive and exceptionally organized.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Experience in community building across multiple LATAM markets (preferred).

• Background in event production, hospitality, or experiential marketing (preferred).
