Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Cultivate and foster the Run Monster Run fanbase across platforms like Discord, Reddit, Facebook groups, and other pertinent online communities.

• Initiate discussions surrounding episodes, characters, plotlines, theories, and cherished moments.

• Interact with fans, address comments and inquiries, and maintain an active and welcoming dialogue.

• Organize polls, discussions, fan challenges, contests, and various community activities.

• Discover existing communities where fans might be located and introduce the show to them.

• Facilitate connections among fans to create a sense of belonging centered around the series.

• Provide insights to the team regarding fan interests, dialogues, and what drives engagement.

• Investigate methods to promote meaningful participation and strengthen the bond between the show and its audience.

• Uphold a positive and inclusive community atmosphere, managing spam, inappropriate behavior, and conflicts effectively.

• Success is measured by increased participation, repeat engagement, fan discovery, and audience insights.

• Proven experience in managing, moderating, or expanding online communities, preferably on Discord, Reddit, or Facebook groups.

• Strong comprehension of online fandom culture and community involvement.

• Exceptional communication abilities and a natural aptitude for engaging with diverse individuals online.

• Creativity and initiative in sparking conversations, organizing activities, and promoting participation.

• Capacity to form authentic connections with community members.

• Sound judgment in moderating discussions, resolving disagreements, and maintaining a welcoming and respectful community.

• Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple communities and ensuring their ongoing activity.

• Genuine passion for entertainment, animated shows, and related communities.
