This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee training and administrative responsibilities for the CAM Central team

• Authorize time cards

• Facilitate the training process for new hires within CAM Central

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with colleagues to ensure exceptional service delivery

• Participate in monthly Manager’s and training meetings as necessary

• Conduct business with the utmost levels of personal, professional, and ethical integrity

• Evaluate and address various situations that may escalate into potential issues

• Execute additional work-related tasks as required

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Florida CAM license is REQUIRED

• At least one (1) year of experience managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) is necessary

• CAI designation(s) are highly preferred

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, including effective interaction with both internal and external customers

• Capacity to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive demeanor and delivering excellent customer service

• Ability to work autonomously and to complete tasks within the guidelines of provided instructions, established routines, and accepted standards
