Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate NoGigiddy's online community platforms — Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social media comments

• Address member inquiries, posts, and feedback promptly and in a genuine brand voice

• Develop regular community-related content — polls, discussion threads, announcements, and conversation starters

• Identify and acknowledge top community contributors and active users

• Gather community feedback and provide insights to the product and content teams

• Collaborate with the social and support teams to address escalated issues

• Track community health metrics and report trends on a weekly basis

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary

• Demonstrated experience in managing or expanding an online community on any platform

• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly, authentic tone

• Empathetic and patient approach when dealing with upset members

• Highly organized to handle multiple community channels at once

• Familiarity with moderation tools for Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit
