This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Create and implement customer and community advocacy programs that highlight success narratives, proof points, and shared outcomes.
• Develop a framework to gather customer insights and success narratives, establishing feedback loops with Product Marketing, Campaign, and Field teams.
• Initiate programs that strengthen relationships with customers and key partners within the IFS Copperleaf ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to identify engagement opportunities that promote pipeline growth, adoption, and advocacy.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns that showcase customer success, ecosystem collaboration, and expansion of the install base.
• Produce case studies, success stories, videos, and solution highlights.
• Work alongside regional and field marketing teams to localize and activate community-driven initiatives on a global scale.
• Define and monitor KPIs, including pipeline contribution, engagement levels, and advocacy metrics.
• Report on program performance and insights to marketing and sales leadership, suggesting strategic and investment optimizations.
• Utilize AI tools and marketing technologies to assess performance, tailor engagement, and enhance impact.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in enterprise software, SaaS, or asset management sectors.
• Demonstrated success in customer marketing, having developed and led advocacy, expansion, retention, and community programs.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise buyer journeys and go-to-market strategies in complex enterprise sales cycles.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects across various regions and functions.
• Comfortable operating within a global, matrixed organization.
• Experience with IFS or comparable enterprise software ecosystems is preferred.
• Knowledge of the energy, utilities, transportation, or infrastructure industries is preferred.
• Proficiency in content development, ABM, and digital campaign management is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Marketo, is preferred.
• Candidates located in the East Coast time zone are preferred.
