Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate NoGigiddy's online community platforms — including Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social media comments.

• Engage with community members by addressing their questions, posts, and feedback promptly and in a genuine brand voice.

• Develop regular community content, such as polls, threads, announcements, and conversation starters.

• Recognize and appreciate the contributions of top community members and power users.

• Gather community feedback and present insights to the product and content teams.

• Collaborate with the social and support teams to address escalated concerns.

• Track community health metrics and provide weekly trend reports.

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or expanding an online community on any platform.

• Exceptional written communication skills with a warm and genuine tone.

• Empathetic and patient; adept at managing frustrated members without losing composure.

• Highly organized to effectively manage multiple community channels simultaneously.

• Familiarity with moderation tools for Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit.
