Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate engagement within NoGigiddy's online community platforms, including Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social media comments.

• Address member inquiries, posts, and feedback promptly while maintaining an authentic brand voice.

• Develop consistent community content, such as polls, threads, announcements, and prompts for discussion.

• Identify and acknowledge top community participants and influential users.

• Gather community insights and relay feedback to the product and content teams.

• Collaborate with social and support teams to address escalated concerns.

• Track community health metrics and provide weekly trend reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree is not necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing or expanding an online community across any platform.

• Excellent written communication skills with a friendly and genuine tone.

• Ability to remain empathetic and patient when dealing with upset members.

• Highly organized to effectively manage multiple community channels at once.

• Knowledge of moderation tools for Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit.
