Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate NoGigiddy's online community environments — including Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit, and social media comments.

• Address member inquiries, posts, and feedback promptly while maintaining an authentic brand voice.

• Develop consistent community content — such as polls, discussions, announcements, and engagement starters.

• Identify and acknowledge top community members and influential users.

• Gather community feedback and relay insights to the product and content teams.

• Collaborate with social and support teams to address escalated issues.

• Track community health metrics and provide weekly trend reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• No formal degree necessary.

• Demonstrable experience in managing or expanding an online community (across any platform).

• Excellent written communication skills with a warm and genuine tone.

• Empathetic and patient — able to manage frustrated members without losing composure.

• Organized enough to effectively manage multiple community channels simultaneously.

• Familiarity with moderation tools for Discord, Facebook Groups, or Reddit.
