📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic visibility across platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a tailored engagement playbook specific to Jerry's community.

• Transform Jerry’s subreddits into vibrant and trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies while maintaining authenticity.

• Utilize AI when beneficial.

• Work in collaboration with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.

• Analyze sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citations.

• Represent Jerry in a genuine manner and foster trust with both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Preferably experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-facing and/or regulated sector.

• Capability to write authentically for platforms such as Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Familiarity with SEO principles.

• Understanding of how LLMs reference sources.

• Proven track record of making dull or high-pressure categories relatable, authentic, and engaging.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Required to provide a resume and LinkedIn Profile URL.

• A social media work sample is mandatory.
