📋 Description

• Enhance and expand Jerry's organic visibility on platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Create a comprehensive community playbook for effective posting, responding, and knowing when to remain silent across various channels.

• Cultivate Jerry’s subreddits into dynamic, trusted communities.

• Develop scalable content and engagement strategies that maintain authenticity while utilizing AI where applicable.

• Work in tandem with Growth and Content teams to guarantee consistency across all channels.

• Assess sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and citation by LLM.

• Represent Jerry in a genuine manner, fostering trust with both current and prospective users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.

• Ideally possess experience in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer-oriented and/or regulated sector.

• Deep understanding of the cultures specific to Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.

• Capability to write in an authentic voice while steering clear of corporate jargon.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and how LLMs reference sources.

• Demonstrated ability to make otherwise dull or high-pressure topics relatable, authentic, and engaging.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

• Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried roles.
