Community Lifecycle Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop initiatives that inform, involve, and re-engage moderators throughout the community lifecycle.

• Take ownership of channel strategy and oversee comprehensive campaign execution, encompassing creation, quality assurance, launch, assessment, and enhancement.

• Create email campaigns using HubSpot and implement campaigns through Reddit’s proprietary tools.

• Enhance data quality, segmentation, automation, and dynamic content functionalities for moderator communications.

• Design experiments utilizing treatment and control groups and convert findings into iterative testing frameworks.

• Collaborate with lifecycle strategists on audience targeting, messaging, and community expansion tactics.

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to refine existing tools and develop new capabilities to reach moderators.

• Track campaign effectiveness and email engagement metrics, resolve technical issues, and uphold superior operational standards.

• Establish procedures and technical benchmarks to scale moderator lifecycle initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in lifecycle, email, growth, or marketing technology positions, with substantial hands-on campaign execution expertise.

• Proficient in creating multichannel lifecycle programs for B2C or B2B2C markets.

• Practical experience in developing and launching campaigns within HubSpot or a comparable marketing platform.

• Knowledge of marketing data infrastructure with the ability to read and write basic SQL.

• Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign evaluation, and performance analytics.

• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams.

• Excellent writing, editing, and communication abilities.

• Capacity to create frameworks, tackle technical challenges, and build from the ground up.

• Awareness of Reddit and a sincere community-first perspective.

• Knowledge of HTML or CSS is an added advantage.
