Community Lead – Multiple Langs

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Share LILT opportunities with speakers within the community.

• Refer speakers using the Community Lead referral form.

• Act as the primary contact for community inquiries.

• Optionally engage in paid recording or transcription tasks.

• Connect speakers with paid recording and transcription opportunities for LILT's speech and language datasets.

• Begin referring speakers through the Community Lead form following approval and signing of the agreement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Balochi, Guarani, Luxembourgish, Turkmen, or Uyghur.

• Established position within the relevant language community, such as a society or academy leader, educator, editor, radio host, or group administrator.

• Competent in English to effectively communicate with the team.

• Comfortable with sharing posts and addressing questions from community members.

• Community Lead roles are by invitation only.

• Completion of an application review, a brief call with the Talent team, and a check of the role or organization is required.

• Signing of the Community Lead agreement is mandatory.

• All referred individuals must be 18 years of age or older.

• Geographic restrictions may be applicable; contractors cannot operate in regions under international embargoes or sanctions.

• Contractors are responsible for their own tax obligations.

• Those working for government or public institutions must adhere to employer regulations regarding outside paid employment.
