This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and execute an annual community engagement strategy that aligns with the growth and fundraising objectives of the organization.
• Establish and nurture relationships with churches, healthcare providers, businesses, educational institutions, civic organizations, nonprofit partners, and community leaders.
• Represent The Source at various networking events, ministry fairs, health fairs, chamber events, and community meetings.
• Conduct presentations and educational sessions to raise awareness about The Source's services and mission.
• Collaborate with Clinic Directors to pinpoint outreach opportunities that enhance access to care within the community.
• Maintain an annual fundraising target through sponsorships, third-party events, community partnerships, and donor cultivation activities.
• Identify potential individual, corporate, church, and foundation partners and connect qualified prospects with the Development team.
• Cultivate and manage community relationships that facilitate sponsorships, event participation, volunteer engagement, and charitable contributions.
• Recruit table hosts, sponsors, and attendees for fundraising events and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the Senior Development Officer and Senior Director of Development on donor cultivation and stewardship opportunities.
• Represent The Source at community events and communicate opportunities for philanthropic investment.
• Establish and enhance referral partnerships with physicians, healthcare providers, schools, pregnancy resource organizations, social service agencies, and community organizations.
• Maintain consistent communication with referral partners to promote ongoing collaboration.
• Track referral activity and partnership engagement using Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to broaden outreach into underserved communities.
• Recruit volunteers and community ambassadors who support The Source's mission.
• Foster relationships that promote long-term volunteerism and advocacy.
• Support initiatives for volunteer appreciation and recognition.
• Collaborate with Development, Marketing, Operations, and Clinic Leadership to coordinate outreach initiatives.
• Share community insights, partnership opportunities, and prospect information that bolster fundraising efforts.
• Participate in annual fundraising events, campaigns, and organizational initiatives.
• Engage in both major annual fundraising events in Houston and Austin.
• Support interdepartmental collaboration to enhance organizational unity and mission fulfillment.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
• At least three years of experience in community engagement, relationship management, business development, nonprofit fundraising, healthcare outreach, or sales.
• Proven success in building strategic relationships and partnerships.
• Experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or donor cultivation is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned service area.
• Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.
