This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both clients and vendors.
• Assist with maintenance inquiries, accounting-related questions, and general inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
• Handle incoming calls while adhering to scripts and meeting performance standards, managing 60–80 calls daily.
• Listen to voicemails and process them accordingly.
• Address chat inquiries from residents.
• Process incoming emails from managers, vendors, and homeowners.
• Generate work orders and communicate them to vendors or managers.
• Return phone calls in compliance with company policy.
• Take detailed messages, relay information, and document notes.
• Collaborate with managers regarding requests that require special attention.
• Adhere to relevant Community Care standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Perform additional tasks as necessary for the efficient operation of the Community Care Department.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• General understanding of office equipment, including personal computers.
• Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service call center setting.
• Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Good judgment skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to multitask in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to read and interpret operating and maintenance instructions as well as procedure manuals.
• Proficient in speaking and articulating clearly over the phone.
• Excellent written communication capabilities.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Capacity to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
• Ability to consistently use a telephone and wear a headset.
• Must have a quiet, designated workspace and reliable high-speed internet.
• Must be available to work all shifts within the department, between 7am-6pm PST.
