Community & Advocacy Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop a consistent strategy for identifying and engaging with communities and discussions pertinent to Dodge's customers and prospects.

• Establish a network of customer advocates for testimonials, reviews, references, customer stories, research, events, and various other opportunities.

• Enhance Dodge’s reputation and social credibility across third-party platforms and customer interaction points.

• Create feedback mechanisms that transform community, review, and customer insights into actionable information for company teams.

• Identify and prioritize communities, professional networks, industry discussions, review platforms, and other spaces where customers and prospects are engaged.

• Monitor discussions and customer feedback for recurring themes, concerns, opportunities, and reputational challenges.

• Engage in relevant discussions and determine when to respond, involve an expert or customer, escalate an issue, or continue to observe.

• Establish and manage a customer advocacy program and connect advocates with relevant opportunities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Customer Experience, Product Marketing, and other teams to facilitate customer involvement.

• Oversee review and reputation initiatives on platforms such as G2, BBB, and others.

• Keep records of customer participation, permissions, interests, and approved proofs.

• Mobilize customers and subject-matter experts around webinars, events, research, thought leadership, and Brand initiatives.

• Extend impactful customer and community moments into testimonials, reviews, stories, discussions, and various content.

• Coordinate efforts with Brand, Events, Product Marketing, Economics and Research, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.

• Monitor engagement, advocate participation, review outcomes, reputation, sentiment, and advocacy program results.

• Convert qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable recommendations.

• Develop processes and documentation to scale programs effectively.

• Report directly to the Director of Brand Marketing.


⛳️ Requirements

• Applicants must be located in the continental United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and will not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications, community management, customer advocacy, customer marketing, reputation management, or a related field.

• Proven experience in building or managing programs in at least two areas such as community engagement, customer advocacy, review and reputation management, customer marketing, or public-facing brand communications.

• Exceptional writing and communication abilities, along with sound judgment in public representation of a company.

• Proven track record of cultivating productive relationships across teams and translating those relationships into consistent programs.

• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines.

• Comfortable utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to identify trends, assess program effectiveness, and suggest actions.

• Familiarity with review platforms, CRM systems, community and social media platforms, project management tools, or similar technology.

• Experience in SaaS, technology, data and analytics, construction, or another complex B2B sector is advantageous.

• A background check will be required following a conditional job offer.

• Must describe an online community that encourages participation in the application.
