This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of Rayda's comprehensive community and events strategy on a global scale, targeting IT practitioners, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
• Initiate and expand IT Unplugged, commencing with the London chapter and establishing a scalable model for global chapters.
• Cultivate relationships with IT professionals, industry leaders, technology communities, event organizers, and associations.
• Organize and implement community events, including conferences, roundtables, dinners, webinars, and other industry-related experiences.
• Create and oversee a global events calendar along with a prioritization framework.
• Recruit, support, and empower volunteer Chapter Leads in significant global markets.
• Forge community and sponsorship partnerships with technology firms, MSPs, EORs, media outlets, and industry organizations.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Content teams to transform events and community discussions into engaging content and promote audience growth.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams to explore engagement opportunities with customers, prospects, and partners.
• Set up and monitor metrics related to community engagement, events, and content performance.
• 4–7 years of experience in community management, events, marketing, partnerships, or a similar field.
• Demonstrated success in building and expanding professional or technology communities.
• Extensive experience in planning and executing events, conferences, roundtables, or comparable experiences.
• Proven ability to develop relationships with senior professionals, industry leaders, and community stakeholders.
• Experience in establishing partnerships, sponsorship agreements, or co-hosted events.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to create initiatives from the ground up in a minimally structured environment.
• Solid understanding of community engagement, event marketing, and content amplification strategies.
• Experience in IT, technology, SaaS, or B2B settings is highly preferred.
• Based in London/UK preferred, with the capacity to operate on a global scale.
• Flexibility to work remotely within a global team.
• High visibility and direct interaction with senior IT leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders.
