This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete planning and execution of strategic events, from strategy and budgeting to delivery, measurement, and post-event evaluation.
• Take charge of venue and vendor selection, production, registration, attendee experience, hospitality, staffing, technology, and on-site operations.
• Collaborate with Brand Creative, Content, Communications, Sales, Strategic Alliances, Campaigns, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, People, and executive stakeholders.
• Create run-of-show documents, project plans, timelines, and contingency strategies; lead on-site execution.
• Administer budgets, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor deliverables.
• Develop standardized event playbooks, templates, and best practices.
• Design and implement executive programs, including advisory boards, specialized hospitality, and executive tracks.
• Organize executive and VIP participation, including briefing materials, preparation, on-site management, and follow-up.
• Collaborate on significant internal events such as Sales Kickoff and President’s Club.
• Establish and monitor event KPIs, including attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, customer participation, and ROI.
• Provide post-event reporting and actionable recommendations.
• Ensure accurate and accessible documentation and reporting related to events.
• Over 7 years of experience in strategic events, executive programs, or field marketing.
• Direct experience managing executive-level programs.
• Proven track record of handling complex, high-visibility owned events and executive programs from strategy through execution and analysis.
• Experience in organizing large internal events such as Sales Kickoff, sales incentive trips, or company offsites.
• Expertise in budget, vendor, agency, and contract management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong program management capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, including well-crafted agendas, briefing documents, and communications suitable for executives.
• Executive presence and credibility with senior leadership.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and effectively resolve unexpected on-site challenges.
• Commercial awareness of how events contribute to brand recognition, customer relationships, and pipeline development.
• Demonstrated use of AI to enhance workflows, decision-making, and leverage.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, primarily within North America.
• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus, but not mandatory.
