This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of the EMEA in-person events calendar, encompassing field events, hosted experiences, sponsored conferences, and activations.
• Establish goals, target audiences, event formats, and metrics for success within the EMEA markets.
• Assess EMEA sponsorship opportunities, speaking engagements, and event formats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with global campaigns and resonate with EMEA audiences.
• Oversee vendor management, timelines, event schedules, speaker preparation, and provide on-site event support.
• Create event materials and presentations in partnership with Content, Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Manage registration processes, pre-event communications, and enhance attendee experiences.
• Organize the monthly EMEA webinar from start to finish, including topic and speaker selection, registration, promotion, and follow-up activities.
• Develop and refine registration pages, forms, and workflows.
• Implement multi-channel promotional strategies across email, social media, and partner networks.
• Ensure accurate lead capture, routing, and follow-up processes are effectively executed.
• Monitor pipeline, revenue generation, deal acceleration, and overall event engagement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance ROI and the attendee experience.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, templates, and scalable workflows.
• Guarantee accurate attribution and reporting across various systems.
• Reside in the UK or Ireland, with London or Dublin being preferred locations.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in event marketing within the B2B SaaS sector.
• Proven track record of managing in-person events across different formats, ideally in various EMEA markets.
• Experience in conducting webinars.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Background in collaborating with Sales teams and assisting with event-driven follow-up initiatives.
• Proficient with marketing automation platforms, such as Customer.io and Marketo.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
• Knowledge of webinar platforms like Livestorm, Zoom, and Sequel.
• Experience with event management tools.
• Understanding of lead capture, UTMs, and event pipeline attribution methodologies.
• Ability to work with Rev/Marketing Operations to resolve data flow issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Willingness to travel 15% or more of the time.
• Successful completion of a background check and employment verification processes.
