Communications Strategy – Operations Lead Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Drive outcomes by fostering effective partnerships with cross-functional leadership.

• Create change management and communication strategies, along with materials for new plans, programs, or processes.

• Examine statistical data related to programs, projects, and processes, providing actionable alternatives for enhancement.

• Formulate business cases and persuade others to adopt recommended actions.

• Exhibit business acumen, leadership capabilities, and a strategic vision.

• Facilitate leadership initiatives focused on continuous improvement of processes and programs.

• Ensure that initiatives are in alignment with the company's growth and profit objectives.

• Spearhead the development of strategies to accomplish plan objectives.

• Oversee the creation and design of new plans, programs, and processes.

• Assist in overcoming barriers to collaborative efforts across various functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (4 years) preferred.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years in consultation or strategic planning preferred.

• Experience in writing is preferred.

• Ability to collaborate across functions is preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in place of the specified educational qualifications.

• Must be willing to undergo a background investigation.
