This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact among publishing teams, approving offices, and program stakeholders throughout the publication process.

• Monitor, manage, route, and ensure accurate records of publication products across various systems.

• Assess and analyze technical documents for grammar, clarity, readability, consistency, and compliance with established writing and publication standards.

• Coordinate cross-functional meetings, deliver publication status updates, and assist in resolving issues, adjudications, and approval requirements.

• Aid program offices in formulating strategic publication plans and discovering innovative methods to enhance communication and publication outcomes.

• Manage Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) while adhering to relevant safeguarding and compliance guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• DHS Suitability Required.

• BS/BA degree with 4 (+) years of relevant experience, or a suitable combination of education and experience.

• Proven experience supporting communications, publications, technical documentation, or similar programs in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of clearly conveying policies, requirements, and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Proven ability to review and edit technical documents for grammar, clarity, consistency, and adherence to established standards.

• Strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and ensure accurate documentation.

• Experience in Strategic Communication (preferred).

• Capability to obtain and sustain a Public Trust or Suitability Determination.
