Communications Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +33 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee communication and engagement efforts related to the Employee Assistance Program.

• Assist in the development and tailoring of program communications, promotional materials, awareness campaigns, and engagement tools.

• Support training consultations and manage scheduling, registration, webinar assistance, and training-related communications.

• Coordinate the creation and updates of training materials and communication content.

• Offer guidance on program awareness, utilization, and engagement strategies.

• Work in collaboration with the Customer’s benefits, communications, and other assigned teams on communication planning and outreach projects.

• Act as a key contact for training and communication-related inquiries and project coordination.

• Adapt support based on the Customer’s business requirements and mutually agreed-upon initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current and maintained clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.).

• Over 5 years of clinical experience.

• At least 3 years of experience in virtual presentations.

• 3-5 years of experience in writing and developing clinical content.

• Proficient in WebEx Training and/or Events administration.

• Strong skills in Word and PowerPoint.

• Master’s degree in a clinical field or equivalent professional experience.
