Communication Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Establish and oversee the communication strategy for user onboarding, adoption, and continuous engagement.

• Convert platform features, workflows, and use cases into clear, user-friendly messaging tailored for various user profiles.

• Organize and prioritize the content roadmap while coordinating with the team to ensure effective execution.

• Recognize topics, workflows, and adoption gaps that can be addressed through scalable content instead of one-on-one field training.

• Maintain consistency in tone, messaging, and visual identity across all communication materials.

• Work alongside the Field Adoption team to transform recurring user inquiries and field challenges into valuable content opportunities.

• Partner with John Deere's communication and marketing teams for new features and updates related to the platform.

• Establish and monitor content performance metrics, making adjustments based on the results.

• Oversee the content calendar, ensuring deadlines and deliveries are met across email, in-app, video, social media, and help-center channels.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in communications, content strategy, or marketing, preferably within SaaS, agtech, or technology sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in leading or coordinating content production, including writing, design, and/or video.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to simplify technical or product concepts for audiences that are not technically inclined.

• Proven experience in planning and prioritizing a content roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).

• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (desirable).

• Experience in communications related to agriculture, agtech, or precision farming (preferred).

• Familiarity with onboarding and adoption strategies for digital products (preferred).

• Experience in leading a small creative team (preferred).
