Common Cloud Environment Support Lead – Program Manager, Intermediate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Supervise the team comprising Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.

• Execute, oversee, and administer customer projects within the Common Cloud Environment (C2E) in AWS and Azure cloud platforms.

• Evaluate Service Level Agreements (SLA), addendums, and cost estimations created for customer projects.

• Act as the primary representative and point of contact for C2E customers regarding operational issues.

• Offer daily technical and professional direction and leadership.

• Assist the ALTESS Windows team in a diverse environment utilizing MS Windows Server 2019/2022, MS SQL 2019, MS Windows 11, VMware 7.x, OEL 8x-9x, and Oracle operating systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical field.

• Familiarity with the Common Cloud Environment (C2E).

• Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.

• Capability to engage with customers in a professional manner.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven experience in effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical/business field or equivalent experience in managing application development projects (preferred).
