Commissioning and Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage the commissioning activities for charging stations.

• Ensure that Field Service Engineers receive prompt technical and operational assistance.

• Track the progress of commissioning, identify potential risks and obstacles, and drive timely solutions.

• Offer technical support on complex commissioning issues, including the review of electrical drawings and documentation.

• Assist in verifying electrical installations and the configuration and settings of low-voltage components.

• Collaborate with Rollout Managers to guarantee comprehensive and documented transitions from Network Development to Network Operations.

• Maintain commissioning tickets, project documentation, and status updates.

• Disseminate commissioning-related information to appropriate stakeholders.

• Provide regular updates to management and key stakeholders regarding progress, risks, and outstanding actions.

• Lead implementation projects by coordinating planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, and follow-up tasks.

• Participate in strategic projects, representing the operational requirements of Network Operations.

• Document lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for process improvement.

• Coordinate internal teams, external service partners, and stakeholders on Network Operations projects associated with compliance and quality enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a similar field.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical drawings and technical documentation.

• Familiarity with electrical installations and low-voltage components, including their configuration and settings, is advantageous.

• Several years of experience in project management, commissioning, technical operations, infrastructure, or a related area.

• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities effectively.

• Experience in coordinating internal teams, external service providers, and various stakeholders.

• Ability to recognize risks, manage dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.

• A structured and detail-oriented approach to ticketing, documentation, and reporting.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clarify technical and operational topics effectively.

• A collaborative, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.

• High level of ownership and accountability.

• A keen interest in electric mobility, charging infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

• Very strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
