Commercial Specialist II – Financial Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact and financial consultant for franchisees located in the Southern and Southeastern regions.

• Propel the performance and utilization of the Financial Solutions portfolio (Fintech GB).

• Offer consultative, tailored assistance by evaluating the financial health of franchises and their key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Formulate short-, medium-, and long-term strategies aimed at enhancing revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure that franchisees, resellers, and end consumers are properly engaged with and utilizing financial products.

• Address inquiries and operational challenges in a timely manner.

• Collect feedback and insights from the retail network to foster the ongoing improvement of solutions.

• Coordinate with Product, Technology, and internal technical and business teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Significant commercial experience, encompassing relationship management and service to business networks in Retail, national franchising, banking, or fintech.

• Strong understanding of financial metrics and the capability to analyze complex scenarios to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Advanced expertise in the Google ecosystem, including Workspace, Cloud, and analytics tools.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create and present executive presentations clearly and concisely.

• Independent, proactive mindset, and results-oriented approach in dynamic innovation and technology settings.

• Exceptional ability to translate planning into action while managing stakeholders, deadlines, and expectations.
