This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop the multi-year strategy for the commercial platform ecosystem, encompassing SFDC, CPQ, and pricing tools.
• Oversee and guide a team of subject matter experts in SFDC and CPQ.
• Lead the execution of AI/ML projects such as predictive quoting, automated price optimization, AI-enhanced lead scoring, and smart product recommendations.
• Partner with Digital Technology, Pricing, and Sales Operations to ensure platform scalability, data integrity, and ERP/front-end sales tool integration.
• Track key performance indicators including quote-to-cash velocity, win rates, CPQ adoption, and CRM data quality.
• Implement ongoing improvements to streamline the sales process and maximize platform ROI.
• Set global benchmarks for data usage, platform configuration, and change management.
• Convert business challenges into functional, automated solutions for technical developers.
• Promote organizational adoption through effective training, enablement, and proactive communication.
• Own the vision, strategy, and execution of the commercial tool stack and AI-driven workflows.
• Significant experience managing enterprise-level commercial platforms, particularly Salesforce (SFDC) and major CPQ platforms like Salesforce CPQ, Oracle, or Apttus/Conga.
• Capability to articulate and implement a vision for an interconnected commercial ecosystem.
• Profound understanding of the quote-to-cash (Q2C) process.
• Experience in implementing AI-enhanced features or digital transformation projects in a commercial or sales context.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and mentor a technical team of analysts or platform specialists.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in Finance, IT, and Commercial Operations.
• Expertise in analyzing system performance metrics to inform business decisions.
• 5–10 years of extensive Salesforce experience.
• Familiarity with complex product structures, engineered-to-order (ETO) workflows, or long-cycle B2B sales.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as CPQ Specialist or Administrator, or PMP/Agile certifications.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration layers like MuleSoft or Boomi and their connection of CRM/CPQ to backend ERPs such as SAP/Oracle.
• Experience in leading platform transformation initiatives across various geographies or business units.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
