📋 Description

• Oversee the technical onboarding and implementation process for new clients, which includes planning, scoping, defining milestones, and establishing success metrics.

• Manage the post-sales technical relationship, acting as the primary contact for customer engineering and security teams.

• Create and implement structured plans to ensure rapid and reliable achievement of First Time to Value.

• Recognize obstacles, misaligned expectations, or skills deficiencies and escalate issues as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Engineering, Services, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs and effective knowledge sharing.

• Document scalable processes, technical guides, implementation templates, and internal runbooks.

• Coordinate support requirements, assess technical issues, and partner with Support and Development teams.

• Represent customer interests and collect feedback to guide the product roadmap and future service offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in a post-sales technical position (e.g., TAM, Solutions Engineer, Integration Engineer, Implementation Consultant, or an equivalent role).

• Proven experience in building and/or deploying AI Systems/Applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise infrastructure, including networking, containers, and security protocols.

• Demonstrated experience in leading technical deployments (on-prem, hybrid, or complex SaaS integrations).

• Familiarity with enterprise customers in regulated industries.

• Exceptional communication and project management abilities.

• Capacity to excel in a high-growth environment; adaptable, self-motivated, and proactive.

• Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration is a plus.
