AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement multi-agent AI systems for reasoning, planning, and task execution.

• Create RAG pipelines utilizing LangChain, LangGraph, and Azure AI Foundry.

• Enhance model serving for low-latency, high-throughput inference using KServe, Triton Inference Server, or Ray Serve.

• Establish observability and evaluation frameworks to track agent reasoning, success rates, and failure scenarios.

• Collaborate with ML and data engineers to incorporate structured and unstructured data sources into agent workflows.

• Employ security and alignment strategies, including guardrails, prompt injection prevention, and red-teaming.

• Operate in a CI/CD environment utilizing Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD.

• Engage in architectural discussions concerning distributed systems, GPU utilization, caching strategies, and memory management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong expertise in Python (for prototyping) and C++/Go (for performance-sensitive components).

• Demonstrated experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Mistral, or similar).

• Hands-on experience with agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel).

• Profound knowledge of search and retrieval systems and vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, and Milvus.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and experience in deploying ML models in Kubernetes/AKS/EKS/GKE environments.

• Understanding of ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, or DeepSpeed for optimizing inference.

• Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and infrastructure as code solutions (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep).

• Awareness of AI security issues, including prompt injection, data leakage, and adversarial testing.
