Commercial Planning Analyst, Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist in the bidding processes, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and internal policies.

• Provide first- and second-level support for the Solution tool to both internal and external users.

• Create, maintain, and analyze reports, KPIs, and databases related to bidding activities.

• Execute controls and validations to confirm process compliance and fulfill regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the payment workflow for trade funds, tracking the process until payment is completed for the customer.

• Enhance and maintain the databases that support the area’s Power BI dashboards and KPIs.

• Assist the Reseller Framework by conducting follow-ups, visits, and monitoring indicators associated with operational best practices.

• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Demand, Finance, Tax, Compliance, NBS, and IT to contribute to ongoing process improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Experience in administrative, commercial, or sales support positions.

• Familiarity with SAP and SAP BW.

• Proficient in Excel, with intermediate to advanced skills.

• Knowledge of Power BI.

• Experience in data analysis, controls, and management reporting.

• Quick learner.

• Analytical and solution-focused mindset.

• Strong organizational abilities and prioritization skills.

• Keen attention to detail with a strong emphasis on compliance.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
