This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the weekly commercial report, which includes tracking registrations, show rates, event conversion, program conversion, average order value, and refunds.

• Monitor profit for each campaign and event, evaluating cost per acquisition in relation to revenue generated per client.

• Lead a small remote sales team, focusing on daily activities and maintaining pipeline discipline.

• Reactivate the current member base by introducing them to newer products and programs.

• Develop commission and bonus structures that ensure performance costs remain less than the revenue generated.

• Oversee the CRM, call recording, and reporting systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years' experience in a coaching, training, events, or membership business, with practical knowledge of transitioning from webinars to events to high-ticket program funnels.

• Proven track record of being evaluated on financial metrics such as margin, profit, revenue per lead, or cost per acquisition, with quantifiable figures to support your claims.

• A documented instance of successfully guiding a business, program, or individual from inception to measurable results, complete with supporting data.

• Experience in managing sales personnel, including ensuring adherence to daily performance metrics, along with experience in developing or refining commission structures.

• Comprehensive experience with CRM systems from start to finish, including reporting capabilities, such as GoHighLevel, Keap, or HubSpot.

• Familiarity with business acquisition, mergers, and acquisitions, or business brokerage is a plus.

• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes is a plus.

• Knowledge of AI tools in a commercial context is a plus.
