Commercial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess the technical and commercial requirements of customers to create profitable proposals.

• Track and evaluate public tenders and RFPs, preparing documentation ahead of time.

• Engage in both in-person and electronic bidding processes, ensuring follow-through to the award stage.

• Collaborate with the external sales team to align billing expectations and timelines.

• Oversee contracts, keeping track of scope, deadlines, penalties, and specific clauses.

• Monitor the customer portfolio and the progress of negotiations through key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Receive, validate, and register orders and purchase orders within the system.

• Address discrepancies directly with customers.

• Supervise inventory to guarantee deliveries are executed on the agreed-upon dates.

• Handle order invoicing.

• Coordinate with the Services team to monitor deliveries and installations, proactively communicating any delays.

• Centralize post-sales inquiries and direct them to the appropriate support teams.

• Manage the shipment and return of equipment for demonstrations, approval testing, training, and replacements.

• Suggest enhancements to internal policies, processes, and procedures, and participate in the validation of new tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Engineering, Foreign Trade, or a related field.

• Experience in commercial operations, sales back office, or invoicing.

• Familiarity with public tenders, electronic bidding, and the analysis of tender documents/RFPs.

• Understanding of contract management.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly intermediate or advanced skills in Excel.

• Experience using ERP systems.

• Preferred: experience in the technology or telecommunications sector.

• Preferred: experience in B2B sales and servicing corporate customers or public-sector organizations.
