Commercial Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the main liaison among the commercial team, correspondent partners, and the contract formalization and registration teams.

• Oversee operations post-contract signing, keeping track of the registration process until the funds are released.

• Assist correspondent partners by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and resolving any ongoing issues.

• Keep an eye on deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for contract formalization and registration tasks, recognizing delays and escalating them to the appropriate teams.

• Aid the commercial team in contract issuance and follow-up on pending items to facilitate quicker signatures.

• Help manage partner commissions, which includes requesting, receiving, reviewing, and tracking invoices, along with monitoring payments.

• Ensure operational tracking systems and controls are current and effective.

• Detect operational bottlenecks and suggest enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround times, and elevate the partner experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in areas concerning individual and corporate credit analysis.

• Knowledge of balance sheets and trial balances.

• Experience in data and document analysis.

• Familiarity with Cadastro Positivo and Serasa.

• Proficient in basic Excel functions.

• Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
