This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in supporting and taking on partial accountability for pitches, as well as making decisions regarding exits for unprofitable pitches.
• Prepare, benchmark, and ensure quality assurance of fee proposals, including CPPs, pay factors, and models for PRF and inflation protection.
• Perform commercial reviews and interpretations of service catalogs, while formulating comments and caveats.
• Aid in risk and profitability analyses for pitches and current clients.
• Coordinate international commercial proposals, which includes uploads and submissions in auditor tools.
• Help manage client profitability through margin enhancement, cost avoidance, and monitoring instances of over- and under-delivery.
• Track profitability on a quarterly basis and implement measures to avoid overservicing.
• Assist with fee renegotiations and commercial protections in collaboration with client teams and Procurement.
• Support the management of media audits by commenting on and challenging results, presenting audit findings, and negotiating methodologies.
• Organize audit documentation and ensure alignment of GMP tracking and deal books.
• Maintain international benchmarking databases and utilize both internal and external benchmarks.
• Assist in developing national and international fee models while benchmarking existing models.
• Aid in the creation of commercial playbooks, consistent contract interpretations, and governance guidelines.
• Possess a strong analytical, structured, and process-oriented approach to tasks.
• Demonstrate a high level of initiative coupled with a results-driven mindset.
• Exhibit excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Show confident proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Have a confident command of AI applications, such as ChatGPT and Copilot.
• Ideally, possess experience with auditor tools like GMP.
• Have approximately 3–5 years of professional experience in a commercial setting, such as media auditing, management consulting, or within media/agency organizations.
• Hold solid experience in media performance tracking on the agency side.
• Have experience collaborating closely with agencies and audit partners on an international scale.
• Familiarity with working cross-functionally with tracking teams and, when necessary, Legal, Contracts, Finance, and Strategic Procurement.
