Commercial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategically and consultatively drive the commercial development of the FIDC business.

• Structure and negotiate financial transactions with both mid-sized and large enterprises.

• Enhance the client base while fostering loyalty among key accounts.

• Fortify the company's market positioning and ensure targets are met with profitability and security.

• Identify and prospect companies that align with the portfolio's profile.

• Oversee the complete sales cycle: outreach, needs assessment, proposal, and closing.

• Evaluate risks, balance sheets, and financial documents, aiding in credit assessment and transaction structuring.

• Cultivate consultative relationships with C-level executives, CFOs, and Controllers.

• Negotiate with a focus on margin and strategy, balancing transaction volume, risk, and returns.

• Keep an eye on the market and competition, generating commercial intelligence and opportunities.

• Work collaboratively with risk, credit, and operations teams during client onboarding and retention.

• Present regular metrics and results related to acquisition, active portfolio, and revenue.

• Assist in enhancing products, processes, and commercial strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree.

• Proven expertise in structuring financial transactions, including FIDCs, securitization, corporate credit, or similar products.

• Advanced understanding of working capital, receivables financing, and corporate cash flow.

• Strong analytical skills to assess risk and interpret financial statements.

• Experience with B2B clients generating over R$30 million in annual revenue.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with familiarity with CRM systems.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.
