This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead, support, and develop the field sales team in the southern region of France, which includes four field sales representatives handling key and strategic accounts.
• Establish a clear framework, enhance skills, and oversee both individual and team performance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director to define and execute the sales strategy for the southern region.
• Analyze market trends and customer requirements to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prioritize sales initiatives and refine sales methods and processes.
• Drive customer retention and account growth initiatives for the team’s client portfolio across the southern region.
• Assist sales representatives in managing their accounts and streamline responses with internal teams.
• Spearhead prospecting efforts and new client acquisition throughout the southern region.
• Support the onboarding of new accounts, with a focus on major clients.
• Monitor opportunities and assist in high-potential deal closures.
• Track the team’s performance metrics.
• Supervise reporting, analysis, and forecasting of commercial activities across the territory.
• Identify gaps, adjust priorities, and tailor sales initiatives accordingly.
• Meet regularly with the team, clients, and partners while traveling throughout the region.
• Significant experience in sales management within a B2B services context.
• Proven track record in managing and overseeing sales teams.
• Capability to support teams, organize activities, and enhance performance.
• Comfortable engaging with demanding stakeholders.
• Ability to cultivate lasting relationships with high-stakes clients.
• A business development-oriented mindset.
• Strong proficiency in B2B prospecting.
• Ability to convert opportunities into tangible commercial outcomes.
• Comfortable managing performance and conducting result analyses.
• Ability to set and define sales priorities.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments within the company.
