This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Define and implement the Agriculture commercial strategy for France, ensuring alignment with European priorities and the Group’s growth goals.
• Increase revenue, gross margin, and market share across the Aftermarket, OEM, Field, and Farm product lines.
• Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and valuable strategic partnerships.
• Structure, manage, and enhance the network of distributors, dealers, and commercial partners throughout France.
• Assist partners with prospecting, product demonstrations, training, and customer development initiatives.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, OEM partners, and significant stakeholders within the agricultural ecosystem.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the local sales team to meet sales targets and service quality objectives.
• Track sales forecasts, budgets, performance metrics, and commercial action plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive activities, and field feedback to inform commercial priorities.
• Collaborate with Marketing teams to boost Topcon’s visibility and support regional campaigns.
• Represent Topcon at trade shows, demonstrations, customer events, and partner meetings.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Technical Support teams to convert market intelligence into actionable strategies for customers and products.
• Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, and distribution network management.
• Strong understanding of the French agricultural sector and its commercial dynamics (mandatory).
• Experience in managing a sales team, with the ability to establish clear priorities and enhance performance (mandatory).
• Capacity to build trusted relationships with distributors, dealers, OEM partners, and strategic customers.
• Good knowledge of precision agriculture, guidance and positioning technologies, or digital agricultural solutions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, results-driven, and a strong ability to convert field opportunities into commercial growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in an international, matrixed, and dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Performance-based bonus of up to 30% of annual gross salary.
