This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversees and manages a designated portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
β’ Delivers timely, precise, and professional service to clients, producers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Aids producers with account servicing tasks, renewals, proposals, and coverage inquiries.
β’ Prepares proposals, applications, insurance summaries, and related documentation for clients.
β’ Collaborates with clients and carriers on renewals, remarketing efforts, policy modifications, and service requests.
β’ Ensures accurate electronic documentation and maintains comprehensive account records.
β’ Facilitates prompt follow-up and resolution of outstanding service and renewal tasks.
β’ Assists in educating clients about coverage options, audit processes, exclusions, and potential risks as necessary.
β’ Elevates complex technical coverage inquiries and significant account strategy issues to the Program Director.
β’ Provides daily support and direction to Account Managers and Customer Service Managers (CSMs).
β’ Aids in coordinating workflow priorities and overseeing service timelines across the team.
β’ Promotes compliance with agency service standards, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
β’ Helps maintain accountability for prompt follow-up, documentation, and client service expectations.
β’ Monitors workflow activities and service timelines within agency systems to ensure SLA compliance.
β’ Acts as a resource for resolving operational and service-related challenges.
β’ Assists with onboarding, training support, and ensuring workflow consistency for team members.
β’ Engages in candidate interviews and provides feedback on hiring decisions to leadership.
β’ Conducts regular file reviews and workflow audits to uphold quality control and compliance standards.
β’ Manages PTO coverage planning and workload distribution to ensure seamless service continuity.
β’ Analyzes operational reporting and workflow activities to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
β’ Collaborates with leadership on initiatives for process enhancement and service improvements.
β’ Fosters a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented service environment.
β’ Works closely with the Director of Service Delivery & Compliance to promote operational consistency, service standards, and compliance objectives.
β’ Minimum of 8 years of experience in Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance is required.
β’ Experience in leadership, workflow coordination, or operational support is preferred.
β’ An active General Lines or Property & Casualty license is required.
β’ Experience with Applied Epic is preferred; familiarity with comparable Agency Management Systems (AMS) is acceptable.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and other relevant business applications.
β’ Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
β’ Frequent use of vision to read documents and computer displays.
β’ Regular use of hearing and speech to communicate via telephone and in person.
β’ Repetitive hand movements, including typing, writing, and data entry.
β’ Capable of walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions.
