Commercial Labeling Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of commercial labeling projects from initiation to final approval.

• Facilitate artwork review cycles, manage proof revisions, and secure final approvals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Direct and oversee labeling workflows utilizing Veeva Vault or comparable systems.

• Collaborate with Regulatory, Quality, Supply Chain, Packaging, Manufacturing, and external print vendors.

• Examine artwork proofs and conduct thorough proofreading using Adobe Acrobat and GlobalVision (or similar tools).

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and approval statuses across various projects.

• Assist in the implementation of label modifications, including phase-in/phase-out processes and tracking of obsolete inventory.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology labeling, regulatory operations, packaging, or supply chain management.

• Proven experience in managing commercial labeling workflows and artwork review processes.

• Practical experience with Veeva Vault or similar document management/workflow systems.

• Proficient in using Adobe Acrobat for document review and proofreading tasks.

• Excellent project coordination and organizational abilities.
