This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Identify, solicit, quote, and sell new medium to large commercial insurance accounts.
β’ Recognize and cultivate qualified prospects along with suitable insurance markets.
β’ Create tailored insurance programs and propose coverage solutions based on client requirements.
β’ Establish and sustain a strong pipeline of potential clients and prospects.
β’ Foster and maintain relationships with business owners, executives, and other key decision-makers.
β’ Represent the organization at industry events and networking functions.
β’ Achieve or surpass set sales targets and performance goals.
β’ Assess client loss exposures and detect potential coverage gaps or hard-to-insure risks.
β’ Offer strategic risk management and loss control recommendations.
β’ Maintain connections with clients, prospects, carrier partners, and internal stakeholders.
β’ Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to leadership on pipeline activities and outcomes.
β’ Inform clients about agency billing procedures, payment expectations, and cancellation policies.
β’ Stay updated on market conditions, carrier appetites, competitive products, and industry trends.
β’ Identify and eliminate barriers that may hinder sales opportunities.
β’ Collaborate on marketing initiatives, including social media and brand promotion efforts.
β’ Execute additional duties and special projects as assigned.
β’ 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance sales.
β’ Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Business, Finance, or a related field.
β’ An active Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
β’ A Life & Health Insurance License is preferred.
β’ Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, CIC, or similar credentials are strongly preferred.
β’ Experience engaging directly with executive-level and C-suite clients.
β’ Strong skills in consultative selling, business development, and relationship management.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, CRM platforms, HubSpot, Adobe, and other relevant business tools.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
β’ Ability to work independently in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
β’ Capability to sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate standard office equipment.
