This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Advocate for and educate clients regarding various insurance offerings.

• Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

• Contribute to the enhancement of Westland’s visibility and reputation within the local community.

• Provide exceptional customer service that fosters client loyalty.

• Identify and address clients’ business challenges while serving as their representative.

• Assess client requirements and offer tailored recommendations.

• Support clients with their insurance needs by applying basic underwriting concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven history of meeting sales objectives.

• Capability to forge genuine relationships with clients.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• High regard for confidentiality and discretion.

• Level 2 insurance broker license or actively pursuing CAIB/CIP certification.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
