Commercial Insurance Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with current clients and business proprietors.

• Perform needs assessments with each client to identify any coverage gaps.

• Oversee commercial client accounts, assist in achieving new business objectives, and re-market commercial insurance policies.

• Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer service.

• Efficiently address inquiries related to insurance coverage, policy modifications, claims submissions, and billing verification.

• Acquire in-depth knowledge of products, services, and operational systems.

• Contribute to personal targets and overall agency success by promoting new business, engaging in cross-selling, and participating in new initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license is mandatory.

• Proven experience in Commercial Lines Insurance.

• Familiarity with multiple insurance carriers.

• Ability to pass a background check.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.

• Competent operational computing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ WPM (including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites and Internet Browsers).

• A confident self-starter who performs well independently.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Experience with the Applied EPIC management system is preferred.
