Commercial HVAC/R PM Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Manage HVAC preventative maintenance (PM) work orders

• Progress into a journeyman HVAC/R technician position

• Assist on HVAC/R, electrical, and plumbing tasks

• Dispatch and operate a company-issued vehicle from the technician's residence

• Utilize a company-provided web-based tablet for dispatching purposes

• Work autonomously to complete jobs in the most effective manner for the customer

• Attain a high degree of customer satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in using tablets, the internet, and web-based applications

• Excellent attention to detail

• EPA Certification

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the HVAC field and/or a technical school certificate with at least 1 year of HVAC field experience

• Clean driving record

• Some experience in electrical, plumbing, and diverse handyman tasks is preferred

• Capability to work independently while exercising good judgment

• Ability to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

• Experience or education in the HVAC sector

• Resume or work history along with salary expectations
