This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct inspections and maintenance of air-conditioning and HVAC systems to guarantee optimal performance.
• Identify and rectify mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling units.
• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC machinery, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines.
• Maintain both chilled and hot water supply systems while adjusting internal control mechanisms.
• Service rooftop units, gas packs, heat pumps, split systems, and associated controls.
• Assemble and install metal ductwork and assist in the planning and design of HVAC systems.
• Ensure adherence to City, State, and EPA regulations by keeping precise maintenance records.
• Recognize and address risks to sustain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with management to uphold safety and operational standards.
• Provide expert service, solutions, and customer support in the field.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry.
• Capability to push, pull, and lift weights up to 50 lbs.
• Possession of EPA Universal Certification.
• Must be able to stand, crawl, sit, squat for prolonged periods, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid and up-to-date Driver’s License.
• Must be eligible for coverage under the company’s insurance policy.
• Basic knowledge of building automation controls is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceMax is advantageous.
