This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections and upkeep of air-conditioning and HVAC systems to ensure optimal functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in heating and cooling systems.

• Install, replace, and calibrate HVAC apparatus, including thermostatic controls and liquid lines.

• Oversee the maintenance of chilled and hot water supply systems while adjusting internal control mechanisms.

• Service rooftop units, gas packs, heat pumps, split systems, and associated controls.

• Fabricate and install metal ducting.

• Support HVAC system planning and design initiatives.

• Ensure adherence to City, State, and EPA regulations by keeping comprehensive maintenance records.

• Recognize and address risks to uphold a safe working environment.

• Work collaboratively with management to uphold safety and operational standards.

• Perform field service tasks independently while receiving support from the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC sector.

• Ability to push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs.

• Possession of EPA Universal Certification.

• Capability to stand, crawl, sit, squat for prolonged periods, climb ladders, and work on rooftops.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• A valid and current Driver’s License.

• Must be eligible for coverage by the company’s insurance provider.

• Basic knowledge of building automation controls.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Salesforce and ServiceMax is advantageous.
