This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +36 more states.
• Establish NordicTrack B2B as a distinct and credible commercial entity by defining target segments, the commercial offering, and brand credibility.
• Take ownership of the commercial P&L, setting objectives for pipeline, bookings, and margins.
• Design and implement the B2B go-to-market strategy, encompassing the sales process, channel structure, and partner development.
• Cultivate the distributor, reseller, and strategic partner ecosystem.
• Assume full responsibility for pipeline management, revenue generation, partner health, and commercial outcomes.
• Evaluate the Pilates B2B equipment market, identify the addressable audience, and prioritize segments.
• Propose goals for awareness, adoption, and market share.
• Identify obstacles to adoption and uncover underlying causes.
• Convert category aspirations into funnel strategies and channel roles by collaborating with Media, Creative, Content, PR, and Influencer teams.
• Keep abreast of competitive, cultural, and consumer trends.
• Define NordicTrack’s commercial positioning with a focus on expanding within the Pilates category.
• Create comprehensive communication frameworks and messaging strategies.
• Ensure consistent positioning and messaging across DTC, retail, paid media, social, and lifecycle channels.
• Plan launches for Pilates and Strength, detailing timelines, channel responsibilities, assets, and success metrics.
• Draft creative briefs and assess creative outputs across brand, performance, and social channels.
• Collaborate with Media and Creative teams on performance marketing economics and ROI trade-offs.
• Work with Social and Influencer teams to develop platform-native concepts.
• Create category narratives, launch toolkits, training materials, and visual standards for sales teams and retail partners.
• Establish success metrics covering awareness, consideration, conversion, and early adoption.
• Collaborate with Analytics to interpret results, identify root causes, and refine strategy, messaging, or channel focus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience in brand marketing, product marketing, or go-to-market roles for physical products.
• Proven experience in launching new products or emerging categories that require customer education.
• Ability to make informed decisions with limited information and drive work forward rapidly.
• Demonstrated creative judgment in both brand and performance contexts.
• Knowledge of performance marketing fundamentals, funnel economics, and ROI considerations.
• Experience with scaled brands in fast-paced, resource-limited environments.
• Strong intuition for social-first creative and cultural relevance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Track record of aligning brand and creative decisions with commercial results.
• High ownership mentality and a readiness to step in as necessary.
• Authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
• Compensation may vary based on job level, geographic location, position incentive plan, and exemption status.
