This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop outstanding event planning from inception to completion.
β’ Comprehend event cycles and management functions, which include venue oversight, production coordination, hotel room blocks, vendor management, site inspections, and creative design and execution.
β’ Generate innovative concepts for events.
β’ Assist in adhering to event budgets.
β’ Ensure suitable messaging to promote the Ceribell mission.
β’ Oversee logistics and event venues.
β’ Maintain and refresh sales and customer records.
β’ Provide general administrative support to the sales team to help achieve collective objectives and goals.
β’ Collaborate with the Logistics department to guarantee timely deliveries.
β’ Carry out additional duties as assigned.
β’ Stay informed about new products and features.
β’ Assist sales and marketing teams while providing daily support to the marketing and commercial teams.
β’ Report directly to the Senior Commercial Events Manager.
β’ A minimum of 4 years of experience as a sales administrator or event coordinator, with a background in both remote and onsite event management, including conferences and tradeshows.
β’ Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce and Power BI), Google Suite, MS Office, and lead capture platforms.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail.
β’ Strong planning and logistics capabilities.
β’ Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
β’ Capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
β’ Experience in event content development (e.g., creating topics for panel discussions, generating ideas for event content, identifying speakers).
β’ A dedicated team player.
β’ Excellent communication skills.
β’ A collaborative individual who is open to feedback and iteration.
β’ Knowledge of medical device compliance regulations is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel 25-35% of the year, including some weekend travel.
β’ Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs during events.
