This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Integrate all departmental plans into a comprehensive company-wide project and event roadmap.
• Proactively identify conflicts among product launches, campaigns, trade fairs, and events at an early stage.
• Establish clear objectives, priorities, and responsibilities based on team requests.
• Manage projects through to successful completion.
• Assume full accountability for events and trade fairs: including concept development, briefings, shift planning, budgeting, bookings, logistics, and setup and breakdown.
• Create a pool of rental and event equipment for convenient use across various markets and locations.
• Organize and facilitate meetings and retrospectives.
• Convert insights into improved processes, briefings, planning, and vendor selection.
• Design AI-enhanced processes in Asana while ensuring their quality.
• Represent Stapelstein at events.
• 3–5 years of experience in project and/or event management, preferably including trade fairs.
• Proficient in negotiating with external vendors in both German and English.
• Experience dealing with contracts and budget management.
• Proficiency in French is an advantage.
• A structured, hands-on approach to tasks.
• Ability to bring clarity to uncertain situations and make decisions without complete information.
• Skill in mediating conflicts between teams and securing firm commitments.
• Maintain a calm and pragmatic demeanor when plans deviate on-site.
• Willingness to travel for events and trade fairs.
• Interest and capability to work with AI: articulate requirements clearly, critically assess results, and detect inconsistencies.
• Familiarity with Asana.
• Being based in Berlin is a plus.
