This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct research on target audiences and industries, suggest events, and assess participation effectiveness.

• Create and implement pre-event targeting and engagement activities, along with social events.

• Establish a corporate lead event program tailored for specific VIP audiences throughout the US.

• Organize and carry out corporate lead events, webinars, and tradeshow sponsorships in collaboration with Marketing and Sales.

• Oversee event promotion while managing logistics and budgets related to events.

• Handle lead imports, follow-up processes, and maintain qualified pipeline reporting linked to revenue.

• Manage relationships with external vendors and explore third-party event sponsorship opportunities.

• Supervise event and campaign timelines, deadlines, promotions, and the ordering and shipping of assets and promotional items, as well as communications.

• Evaluate event data in HubSpot to inform future marketing strategies.

• Regularly report event outcomes to the internal team and management.

• Collaborate closely with the Director of Events and liaise with company leadership and sales team members.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in marketing roles, with a focus on events.

• Managed various aspects of at least 20-30 events annually, assuming full responsibility and ownership.

• Proficiency in data analytics utilizing HubSpot Marketing.

• HubSpot Marketing expert certification is preferred.

• Experienced in managing and executing webinars from inception through marketing, production, and post-event follow-up.

• Confident in speaking with partners, customers, and leads.

• Self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strategic thinker with a strong desire for growth as an event and/or marketing professional.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
